Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using HiKiwi. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About HiKiwi

HiKiwi ("Kiwi") is an AI-powered social media assistant that helps you build your personal brand on LinkedIn via WhatsApp. The service is currently in beta. Features may change and access is limited.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter into contracts to use HiKiwi. By using the service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Beta Access

HiKiwi is in beta testing. By joining the waitlist or using the service, you acknowledge that:

• The product is in active development and features may change, be removed, or be temporarily unavailable
• Service levels and uptime are not guaranteed during the beta period
• Your feedback may be used to improve the product

4. WhatsApp Communication Consent

By using HiKiwi, you explicitly consent to receive messages via WhatsApp from Kiwi. These messages include draft posts, confirmations, and service notifications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

5. LinkedIn Integration

Kiwi accesses your LinkedIn account solely via official LinkedIn APIs and with your explicit authorisation. You may revoke this access at any time through your LinkedIn account settings. HiKiwi does not store your LinkedIn password.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you share with Kiwi. By providing content (posts, voice notes, preferences), you grant HiKiwi a limited licence to use it for the purposes of delivering the service. We will never publish content without your explicit approval.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use HiKiwi to publish misleading, defamatory, or unlawful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Share your account access with others
• Use the service in violation of LinkedIn's or WhatsApp's own terms of service

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any business outcomes, reach, or follower growth. AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiKiwi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to HiKiwi at our discretion, particularly during the beta period. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
