HiKiwi is in its beta testing phase. Access to the service during this period is provided at no cost. As such, no refunds are applicable at this time since no charges are made.
When HiKiwi transitions to paid plans, we will update this policy accordingly. Our goal is to offer a fair refund process. We expect the following to apply:
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at hello@hikiwi.app within 30 days of the charge. Include your registered phone number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
