• Your LinkedIn profile URL and public profile data
• Content you share with Kiwi (e.g., past posts, voice notes, topic preferences)
• Messages exchanged with Kiwi over WhatsApp (via the official WhatsApp Business API)
• Usage data and interaction logs with the service

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and personalise the Kiwi service
• To generate LinkedIn content drafts in your voice
• To communicate with you via WhatsApp about drafts, updates, and service changes
• To improve our AI models (using anonymised and aggregated data only)
• To comply with legal obligations

3. WhatsApp Communication

By signing up for HiKiwi, you explicitly consent to receiving messages from Kiwi via WhatsApp. This includes post drafts, confirmations, and service updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at hello@hikiwi.app.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• LinkedIn — when you authorise Kiwi to post on your behalf, via official LinkedIn APIs
• WhatsApp / Meta — for message delivery via the WhatsApp Business API
• Service providers — third-party infrastructure and AI providers under confidentiality obligations

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@hikiwi.app. We will process requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest. We do not store your LinkedIn credentials—Kiwi uses OAuth-based access tokens only.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@hikiwi.app.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
